[freshports-beta] Pagination

Hi folks,

I've been playing with pagination for the Deleted Ports (there are 
3176 of them).  Feedback appreciated for 
http://beta.freshports.org/ports-deleted.php

The pagination code has been added to an underlying class object, so 
the work done for Deleted Ports will apply to all the port listing 
categories.  For example:
Deprecated
Ignore
Forbidden
Restricted
No CDROM
Vulnerable
Expired
Set to expire
Interactive	

As always, feedback welcomed.
