[freshports-coders] Updating php

Hello,

It's been a long time since I wrote.  PHP81 is deprecated and goes away in November.

I'd like to upgrade now (mostly to get the deprecation messages out of my monitoring alerts).

This may be as simple as changing the repo name and upgrading.

Right now, http://fedex.unixathome.org/packages/140amd64-default-php83/ should have everything required to update.

Who wants to give it a try?
