[freshports-coders] Getting started with FreshPorts admin

Hi Dan,

I am Oleksij, a long-time FreeBSD user and ports committer (samm@).

My background is hosting, clouds (mostly AWS), databases (Postgres, 
MySQL), and some development (C, Golang, etc).

Would be glad to join the team.
