new tables for cross platform and cross arch testing of ports:
releases    - what releases have we had?
archs       - what archs do we have?
port_status - status of a given port with respect to release and arch

add fields to ports table already in production:
- is_interactive
- only_for_archs
- not_for_archs

For person watch lists on watch_list, create a token
using generate_watch_list_token()

For filtering, add new table element_pathname
